Dr. Santos is a third generation physician, receiving his medical degree from the University of the Philippines, Manila, Philippines in 1994.  He performed his Internship and Neurology Residency at Michigan State University/Sparrow Hospital in Lansing Michigan. 

Dr. Santos resides in Cheyenne with his wife, Aileen, and their two children.  He is an avid, competitive badminton player and enjoys many other sports including mountain biking, scuba diving, and sea kayaking.  He also has a love of kiting and photography.  .
